Product Returns

Returned merchandise will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt, and any defects or issues will be promptly communicated to the client. We provide our clients with the flexibility to choose from our range of services based on their specific needs and preferences. Clients have full control over the outcome of their goods and can decide on the appropriate course of action, whether it involves repair, replacement, refund, or any other agreed-upon resolution.

Photographs

As part of our service, we offer clients the option to receive photographs of their items upon receipt for their peace of mind. However, please note that specific types of photographs required for business purposes will be considered a charged service. Our standard offering includes up to 10 high-definition photographs with one revision included. These photographs can be utilized for various business needs such as documentation, quality control, marketing, or other specified purposes. We aim to provide our clients with the necessary visual assets to support their business operations and objectives.

Price per product type photographed $7

We offer our clients 2 weeks of free storage for their goods. After this initial period, we charge a standard rate of $0.15 per unit per month for standard and small-sized goods. For larger items, please contact a member of our team to discuss the specific charges based on the dimensions and requirements of your items.

Effective Communication: It is considered best practice for the client to communicate effectively and proactively inform the 3PL center of all their specific needs, requirements, and any changes related to their inventory and shipping processes.

Shipping Label Format: When providing shipping labels from Amazon Seller Central, it is expected that the labels are in thermal printing format, specifically sized at 4 x 6 inches. This ensures compatibility and smooth processing within our systems.

USA Metrics and Practices: The 3PL center communicates and operates using USA metrics and practices. It is important for the client to be aware of this and align their communication and expectations accordingly.

Please note – Please note that our categorization of small, medium, and large boxes is entirely dependent on the specific needs of our clients and the most efficient way to package their merchandise. However, for reference, we consider a box with maximum dimensions of 10 x 10 x 10 to be small, 18 x 18 x 18 to be medium, and any size larger would be categorized as large.

We accept Fulfilled by Amazon FBA returns, which may arrive in single or multi-item deliveries. To facilitate efficient processing, we kindly request a handling fee of $0.35 per unit for returns. Should you require additional services beyond standard returns processing, such as product inspection, refurbishment, repackaging, or relabelling, we are happy to accommodate your requests and provide transparent billing for these services.
